Organic farming involves maintaining the health of land, ecosystems and people. It relies on ecological production, biodiversity and production adapted to local conditions, rather than the use of inputs with adverse effects.

Biological control and protection in organic production consists of measures that are based on preventive maintenance in good shape and good health of plants, namely: agro-technical measures and hygiene, biological, physical and chemical measures.
Before you gain status and character of organic products, production during the period of conversion and such products are provided with a label "Product of the conversion period."
Organic system is designed to:
* Improves the biological diversity within the whole system,
* Increases the biological activity of the soil,
* Maintain long-term soil fertility,
* Restore nutrients into the soil through waste recycling plant and animal origin, which reduces the use of non-renewable resources,
* Reliance on renewable resources in locally organized agricultural system,
* Promotes a healthy use of land, water and air as well as to reduce all forms of pollution that may result from agricultural practices,
* Enable careful handling agricultural products, with emphasis on the processing, in order to preserve the value and quality of organic products in all parts of the supply chain,
* Establish at each farm during the conversion period, in relation to specific factors such as the history of the land, types of crops and livestock produced.
Organic production has its legality. Is a part of livestock production due to organic fertilizers, and as far as protection, more (quite expensive) environmentally friendly resources, and yields are not pumping iron mineral fertilizers. We would say, however, is all in the head and the soul of man.
We do not have to eat everything offered to us, but what we need and as long as necessary. Why not listen to nature, both in production and consumption, and that is to produce the right, pay what it is worth and manufacturer earns his bread, and the market is noticeable and authentic present. Agriculture should not be the industry, we have to go back a century now, and farmers and land mutual back together.
